Make sure to book a queen room that comes with coffee & towels, a King Bed, and heating, this hotel is in a convenient and great location near an airport.

The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had huge portions at a great price. I recommend joining the priority club, you get 25% off of meals and a later check out time.

There was a tropical storm while we were there, and our window leaked. This caused a slight damp smell in our room, but it wasn't that bad.

The hotel has a nice pool area. the staff is amiable and welcoming. the room is brand-new, huge, with updated electronics, a King Bed, and comes with coffee and towels. It is located in a marvelous and ideal area, just a 10-minute walk from Oak Park Shopping Center.

My review is only based on a 2 night stay. My children found the beds to be quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked rather well. I was impressed that the room looked exactly like the photo posted on Booked.net. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They even extended a 25% savings for every time we dined in the lobby's bar/restaurant. However since I am originally from New Orleans, I opted to eat at one of the many restaurants in the area. The hotel is extremely convenient to everything (I.E. shopping, restaurants and bars). No matter you wish to go, it can be reached within 20 minutes, including traveling to the WestBank.

The pillows were rather small; they were more befitting for a child 5 year old and under. The room had a wet and moldy smell. We did a temporary fix for the smell; we simply drove to a nearby KMart and picked up 2 cans of .99cent air freshner and sprayed until our hearts desire:)

Bed comfortable: mattress good and adequate covers. Elevator fast. Wait staff in restaurant and front desk staff friendly and helpful. In-room coffeemaker made good coffee....nice and hot. Televisions in lobby nice.

This hotel needs a refurbishing, especially bathrooms. Walls in tub area shabby. Tub drain did not close. The tub had about 10 very long (18-24") hairs dried onto the side.....very unattractive. There should have been bottled water available to use with coffeemaker. Restaurant was shabby....had that feel of years of greasy foods about it.

The hotel was very convenient and provided great service. the rooms were functional, and the free breakfast buffet, including bacon, was good. - the location was marvelous, very close to uptown and downtown, downtown, Galleria mall, and an outlet.

The food was amazing, and I got upgraded to a modern king room with a fantastic location close to Oak Park Shopping Center.

The hotel is in a great location and extremely clean. We loved being close to plenty of restaurants and visited City Diner a few times – it was only a 5-minute walk away. Our room was a king room with a flat-screen TV, a sitting area, and a writing desk.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. The complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the driver, Jamal, made the experience even better. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle which was extremely helpful.

Convenient location! You can easily reach Oak Park Shopping Center with just a short drive. Also, the city center is just a stone's throw away from here, making it a great spot to explore 🚶‍♂️.

The room was brand-new and nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed. the bathroom had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk to the airport, Metairie La, and the Sugar Bowl.

This place is clean with delicious breakfasts and a convenient location just a short distance from a great restaurant and 2 miles from Lakeside Shopping Center.
